ABOUT

This page isn't just about me.
It's about why this place exists.

Why is it that the most intelligent, driven, and capable leaders
Are often the ones who feel the most stuck?

My Name is Chaim.
I Had to Relearn What "Life" Meant.

My parents gave me the name Chaim, the Hebrew word for "Life." For many years, I saw it as just a name. Today, I understand it as my mission.

For over three decades, as a Rabbi, a High School Principal, and a leadership coach, I was the man people came to for "maps" and answers. But I saw the same painful paradox again and again: the most dedicated leaders are often the closest to breaking.

I discovered that the most significant challenge in modern leadership isn't managing time or strategy, but rather the pursuit of inner wholeness. I know this because I lived it.

My breakthrough didn't come from a new answer.
It came from a 3,000-year-old story.

I found it in the story of Moses, a brilliant leader drowning in the noise,
Trapped in a system he couldn't escape.
The solution didn't come from inside his system.
It came from Jethro—the outsider,
The guide—who provided not another 'to-do',
But a revolutionary framework that restored order and purpose.

My Mission: To Help You Forge a Compass,
Not Follow a Map.

The last thing you need is another guru or a new set of rules.
You've outgrown them.
"The Jethro Principle" is not another map telling you where to go.
It is a timeless framework for how to think.

My work is not about giving you my answers.
It is about translating this ancient wisdom into a practical system
That empowers you to discover your own—and to add 'Life' to yourself,
And to the world around you.

My Work as Your Guide Stands on Two Pillars:

PILLAR 1: TIMELESS TEXTUAL DEPTH

Decades of experience as an Orthodox Rabbi,
A veteran educator dedicated to the in-depth analysis
Of canonical texts and ancient wisdom.

PILLAR 2: PRACTICAL MODERN EXPERTISE

Certified personal coach with extensive experience
Guiding diverse leaders—from school principals
To North American pastors—helping them
Apply these principles to forge their own paths.

If this story resonates with you, your first step is simple.

The same journey I took is the one I guide others through.
Join "The 16-Day Journey"—the practical framework
To start forging your internal compass.
